Annual Campaign Each year brings new challenges, and opportunities. The problems in the Baltimore communities of hopelessness, violence, under-employment, illiteracy, apathy, and wasted human potential are crying out for assistance. 1st Time Homebuyers Workshops The First Time Homebuyers Class is designed to assist low to moderate-income families with the home buying process. Completion of this class entitles qualified families with down payment and closing cost assistance. Workshops are scheduled for the 3rd Wed & Sat of each month except December.
